Adjustable heating performance is vital for the purest distillation. Start with high capacity, but set it slow when the mash starts to evaporate. Slow boiling allows you to separate the different compnents, and collect the valuable substrates only. This is the way to have the purest and most tasty distillate free of harmful substrates.
Brewing good pálinka requires, among other things, an easily adjustable heating solution.
The gas burner can be used connected to a PB bottle, so the system can be easily moved, and you can also cook with it without gas lines.
Place the gas burner under the pot and raise the cooler unit with the help of a stand or even a stool. At the beginning of cooking, use the heating at maximum power, then, when the pálinka starts to drip, reduce the heating enough to keep the mash at a slow boil. If there is a thermometer on the dome, then we regulate the heating so that the pointer does not rise, or only very slowly.
The capacity of the 5,33KW so, it fits for smaller distiller, so we recomend to heat max 50 lit capacity pot.
